the 2nd one is the Chrysler Building (or whatever it is called these days) and the last one is a favorite of mine; the Post Office building that is way too cool to be a post office building. It's in midtown near GCT, no idea about the exact address.
That water fountain has to be near the UES pond near 72nd street; the one where they have all that failry tale bronze statuary stuff, but I don't specifically recognize it.
I recently had a chance to transfer to the L train at Union Square; the renovated stairway is filled with strange bronze statuary, a very cool thing to see.
